Needing some prayers!

This morning I learned of some very sad news. One of my long time friends brother went missing. His parents reported him missing last night around 5p.m. They found his truck abandoned in a shopping center and are looking for him still. They interviewed a boy who said that he thinks Josh might have been assaulted and thrown in a field somewhere.. we have no confirmed news yet but my brother, who goes to school with him, as well as my step dad who is searching for him right now have both heard that they found the body but it is not confirmed yet so they are still looking.
It is so unfair how things like this happen. I pray that somehow he will return safely home. I just ask that you keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

Lazzzzzy :)

Hello my little love bugs! ( haha ) Don't ask why I just called ya'll love bugs- I always seem to come up with some nick names for everyone. :) Anyways! I hope everyone is have a great week so far! So, I haven't really been feeling inspired lately, hints my absense of blog posts. I really don't have anything planned for today and I'm still not feeling up to it.. I think it's because I am have stressing with school lately ( I only have 10 official school days left of this semester and I have to get two of my 140's tests... talk about stress! ) so I have been stressed and by the time I get home, snack, play with my furbabies, and maybe practice I am ready for bed!

Maybe tomorrow I will have a more interesting post. any ideas on what to post about? I am going to try to do a OOTD tomorrow, but we will see how that turns out!

Day 7 & I need your opinions!

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great week so far- tomorrow is Friday-WOHOO! I don't know about y'all, but this week sure has gone by pretty fast! I only have 3 more weeks of school left for this semster-ah! I have been feeling not good on and off all this week. ugh. Not to mention that the weather here in Houston has been rainy and yucky. boo! I think it is going to start cooling down, so that is a plus!

Anyways the blog challenge day 7 is something that I am OCD about. I could probably list a few things but I will just go with the first thing that pops into my head.. which is WASHING YOUR HANDS!

I am way OCD about not only myself, but others washing their hands. I constantly find myself getting on to some of my family members about washing their hands before touching anything to make dinner, or anything. I think that is my biggest thing- washing their hands before touching any food or making dinner. I just find it super gross when people don't! :)

What are you OCD about?

On to another note, I did not even dress cute today to be honest so no outfit of the day, sorry! Maybe tommorrow! But, I have been looking online on F21, and saw this sweater and I am not sure if I like it or not, I wanted to know your opinion!

What do you think of this sweater?? like? or not?

On a side note- Michael ( my BF ) He is an architecture student and out of his school a handful of student get picked to travel to Italy- and MICHAEL GOT CHOSEN! WOHOO! We are very excited for him! He very much deserves it! :)

First Attempt of my OOTD & Day 6 Blog Challenge: Favorite TV Show(s)

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a great week so far :) I was not feeling so great yesterday, but I am feeling MUCH better today, so I am back into "normal" blogging! WOHOO!

Anyways, so, I didn't do much today. I don't know who all knows and who doesn't, but I am a student right now, becoming a Court Reporter , so, my days usually consist of going to class, and coming home to my pups to do work, practice, or I will occansionally go out, needless so say I do not dress up too much! Well I love how everyone has their outfit of the days, so, I decided that I would try to do some!

Not feeling good!

Hey everyone! I just wanted to write to y'all that I am not doing my blog challenge post today because I am just not feeling good!! :( Hopefully by tomorrow I will be feeling better. Day 5: My Pets :)

Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a great weekend! Is it just me or has this weekend just flown by???!? My weekend was a pretty relaxing one, just stayed home and hung out with the family and my furbabies.. which is what this next post is about!

Todays blog challenge is to talk about your pets. I have to wonderful boys-Scout and Toby.

This is my first baby, Scout. This is a picture of the very first day that we brought him home. Before we got Scout we hadn't had any dogs in a while- my mom didn't want to get attached again-so, I left it alone for a while. I would get on kicks every now and then and finally one day I was talking to Michael ( my BF ) and he decided that he was going to get me a Yorkie, and I found Scout, we went and saw him, and the rest is history. We got scout May 2008, right before I was graduating highschool, so he is about 2 1/2 years old now.  Below is a more recent picture of my little Scouty Wouty :)

And, I can't forget my other baby. About a year later my mom was looking on the local shelter website and spotted a puppy on their, told my step-dad to go look, then she went to go look and she could NOT leave him there. That is the day that we welcomed little Toby :) Below is a picture of the day that we brought him home. He was about a month or two old when we got him, they could only estimate because he was abandoned.

These two pups are the best! It is such a joy to come home to them and they love their daddy so much! It doesnt matter if he is gone a couple hours or a couple days, they are still just as excited when he is here! I just love them :)
I do have some picture from Halloween of them, but I don't think I have them uploaded yet, maybe I'll remember on another post!

Day 4: Something I am looking forward to

Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a great friday, and is having a wonderful saturday so far! I am soo sorry I didn't post a blog yesterday, I was out all day and by the time I got back home, I was exhausted!

Yesterday, I went with Michael ( my BF ) and his friend from school- we went to the Holocaust Musuem and the Fine Arts Musuem. The Holocaust musuem was very interesting, sad- I am not a history person but I have always had an interest in the Holocaust, I think it is just amazing how cruel the people were to the Jewish. The Fine Arts Musuem was definately nice, but, it is not my cup of tea, I just don't find interest in that kind of stuff. It was a long day!

Anways.. on to todays Blog Challenge topic ( Something I am looking forward to ) . I am looking forward to a lot but to keep it short, I will only list a few things.

 Thanksgiving!!!     My mom makes THE BEST turkey and dressing! YUM! I can not wait !!!

Christmas! I absolutely love everything about Christmas. I love all the lights, festivites, family get togethers and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas!

Day 3: Your Dream House

Hey everyone! I hope everyone is having a fabulous Thursday! Tommorrow is Friday-Can I get a WOHOO!!??!!

Todays blog challenge is a picture of my dream house. This is kind of hard. BUTTT I have managed to find a few picture that are somewhat along the lines of what my BF and I's house might be like someday.
 

Now, I have got to tell you, my BF ( Michael ) he is a soon to be Architect, one day. He has a very modern and creative mind. We obviously plan to move into a " normal " house first, but, plan to have our own built one day. And here are a few that are somewhat along the lines of the "moderny-architect" mind :)  I think these are absolutely beautiful I think.Enjoy!

On another note, I did some shopping today. unfortunately it is getting late so I will have to post pictures of what I got another day. I hope everyone is having a great week.

Day 2: A picture from somewhere you have been

Hey everyone! Today is Day 2 of my 30 Day Blog Challenge! Today has been a cold & rainy day here in Texas. Yuck. I don't mind the cold as much as long as I wear the right clothing BUT with it also being wet-not so good! Today was a very hard day for me, but more on that for another post!

So, Today is a picture from somewhere I have been.....

I didn't really take any awesome picture while I was there so this will have to do. Meet the Bahamas! Last Christmas, I went on a cruise to the Bahamas with Michael ( my BF ) and his family. His parents' gift to each of them when they graduate college, is a trip to basically anywhere they want to go, so we all went. It was SO much fun, and absolutely beautiful!!! We drove to Florida the day after Christmas and left I believe on the 27th until around January 3. If you have not been on a cruise, I advise you to! I LOVED it! This particular Island was CoCocay.(?)

Day 1: 30 Day Blog Challenge

I have decided that I would jump on board and try the " 30 Day Blog Challenge ". I somehow never feel inspired to write, and what I do, it never comes out as planned, but- I thought I would give it a try. Why not? I will most likely be trying to incorporate other topics in each blog challenge post, we shall see!

This is ME! My name is Jennifer. Born and raised in the Lovely state of Texas-I love it here! I am a 20 year old Court Reporting Student. I am here to share you y'all my daily life happenings-including school, fashion, love, family & everything inbetween!

Today is Tuesday-11/02/10   Can you believe that it is already NOVEMBER!!??!!  In the moment is seems like live can go by slow but I am amazed at how fast time flies by! This part of the year is my FAVORITE part of the year. I love Thanksgiving and Christmas. Maybe it's just me being naive-but, I feel like this time of year is just so much more " happier " Anyways! Today I had school. Nothing too interesting. After that I came home and cleaned my closet/room and am spending some time with my boys ( my two dogs-Scout & Toby-whom I will share pictures with ya'll in another post. ) After this post I am going to relax a little and maybe-just maybe try to make myself practice on my steno machine for school. 

I hope ya'll are having an awesome Tuesday! I hope everyone went out and voted today!
